Membership

All 60 minute memberships include your choice of one 60 minute Swedish, or Deep Tissue massage service per calendar month. All 90 minute memberships include your choice of one 90 minute Swedish, or Deep Tissue massage service per calendar month. All 120 minute memberships include your choice of one 120 minute Swedish, or Deep Tissue massage service per calendar month. Tao does not currently offer 30 minute memberships.
Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services at member rates or service upgrades at 50% off regular prices.

Members receive 20% off all regularly priced retail products.

All members have access to exclusive promotions throughout the year including gift card specials, seasonal discounts, special events and last-minute offers.

Members may rollover any unused service credits during active member status. Credits never expire during active membership status or during an approved membership freeze. Accumulated service credits expire and are non-refundable 30 days from the member’s request for cancellation. Once the membership is cancelled, all remaining service credits will convert to the cash value paid for them and will be issued to the member in the form of a Tao gift card.

Members can request to freeze their account for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days, no more than once in any 365 day period. A minimum of one EFT payment must be processed before a member is eligible to submit a freeze request. Members can redeem service credits during an approved membership freeze, but additional membership benefits (ex. retails discounts, guest passes, etc.) are frozen until the membership returns to active status. Membership freeze requests must be submitted in writing and are approved solely at the discretion of Tao management. If the member decides to cancel the membership, one last payment will be charged to the credit card on file according to the original draft date.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Consider our shareable memberships.

Members are required to provide 24-hour advance notice of any appointment reschedule or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a a $30 cancelation fee Members who miss their appointment without any prior notification will forfeit one accumulated monthly service credit.

Memberships can be cancelled via written request to management with at least 30 days notice and one last charge. Please email us at member@taomassagetx.com.

Memberships can be cancelled within 72 hours of original purchase if no membership service credits or benefits have been redeemed.

Members are responsible to inform Tao of any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information. Credits cannot be used if a membership is inactive due to payment failure.

Members must follow spa rules and regulations. Tao reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any member for any reason.
