With over 10 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Claudia offers a personalized approach to wellness. She specializes in Thai massage, a unique blend of massage and movement therapy that promotes relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Claudia's expertise extends beyond Thai massage, as she is also trained in a variety of other techniques, including Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, Zero Balance, Sports Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage. In 2019, Claudia attended an Avalokitesvara Initiation Ceremony by HH the 14 Dalai Lama in Dharamshala India, deepening her connection to the practice.

Andy has been an LMT for almost 10 years, received over 1200 hours of massage training. She’s an intuitive practitioner that utilizes a combination of massage techniques including Ashiatsu, Thai, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, cupping and hot stone therapy to provide a therapeutic balancing and nurturing massage customized to the needs of each client. Being a Certified Yoga Instructor, she also integrates breath work into each session to facilitate the mind/body connection, leading to more profound outcomes. As a mother of a toddler, she also understands the changes a woman’s body goes through during and after pregnancy which is reflected in her Prenatal massage.

Caren, a massage therapist with nearly 18 years of experience brings her deep expertise and renewed passion for massage therapy to the team. Licensed since 2004, Caren spent the first 15+ years working for a national brand in the DFW area before relocating to Austin two years ago.
